PiracyTrace Selected for Nashville Based 1440 Accelerator

Seven book tech startups from around the world have been selected to participate in Ingram Content Group’s and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center’s (EC) 1440 Accelerator for publishing innovation. 
The 1440 Accelerator participants are: 
Authorpad Publishing, led by McWhilton Chikwenengere, Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe 
Authorship.me, led by Roberto Machado de Campos, Sao Paulo, Brazil 
Freenters, led by Rho Kook Song, Chicago, Ill. 
Leafless, led by Richard Billings, Memphis, Tenn. 
PiracyTrace, led by Scott La Counte, Anaheim, Calif. 
PublishSoSimply, led by Michal Majewski, Poznan, Poland 
Woodpie, led by Anuradha Bajpai, Bangalore, India.

The startups have been selected for the publishing-centric accelerator, consisting of a 14-week business-building program. The accelerator groups will engage onsite at the EC with the curriculum, community, connections and capital necessary to turn innovative ideas into reality.
The 1440 Accelerator participants were selected from a global pool of applicants from 14 countries across six continents. 
The 1440 Accelerator, named for the year Johannes Gutenberg perfected his printing press technology, begins Jan. 31 and ends May 9, 2016.
